* Verdienst: Dein Bruttomonatsgehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung zwischen €3.000 und €3.500. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist für die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung von rund 170 Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.

* Du führst die laufende Personalverrechnung selbstständig und zuverlässig durch.

* Du erstellst Dienstverträge und kümmerst Dich um die damit verbundenen administrativen Tätigkeiten.

* Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.

* Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Stellenanforderungen

Das bringst Du mit

* Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung.

* Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS ist zwingend erforderlich.

* Du arbeitest genau, strukturiert und selbstständig.

* Du bist freundlich, kommunikativ und serviceorientiert.

* Der professionelle und diskrete Umgang mit vertraulichen Personaldaten ist für Dich selbstverständlich.

* Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und bist gleichzeitig ein verlässliche Teamplayer.
