Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem Head Office in Vösendorf suchen wir eine/n 1 Personalverrechner/in Vollzeit, 38.5 Wochenstunden, ab sofort

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung alles rund läuft und führst eigenständig Abrechnungen durch

* Du bist die Go-to-Person für unsere internen Kolleg/innen bei Fragen rund um die Personaladministration - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt

* Du bringst frische Ideen in Projekte und organisatorische Veränderungen ein und gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit

* Du setzt Abläufe smart in SAP um und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse laufend weiter

* Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Wirtschaftsprüfungen und externen Partnern und sorgst für eine starke Zusammenarbeit

* Du hast unsere Personalkennzahlen im Blick, analysierst sie und leitest wertvolle Erkenntnisse daraus ab

Qualifikationen

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise auch in der eigenständigen Abwicklung komplexerer abrechnungsrelevanter Themen

* Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst dich sicher im beruflichen Umfeld auf Englisch verständigen

* Du kannst idealerweise die Personalverrechnungsprüfung vorweisen

* Du kennst dich im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht bestens aus

* Du bist fit in SAP und bereitest Zahlen in Excel strukturiert und aussagekräftig auf

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und erledigst deine Aufgaben gleichzeitig selbstständig und organisiert

* Du bist motiviert, willst dich weiterentwickeln und bringst Humor sowie Leidenschaft für die Personalverrechnung mit

Dein Gehaltspaket:

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.500,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist auch eine höhere Bezahlung möglich. Die Details besprechen wir gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.
