Gemäß unserem Leitbild "Mensch sein und Mensch sein dürfen" betreuen wir in unserem Haus derzeit 81 Bewohner/innen in allen Pflegestufen. Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage nach Pflegeplätzen haben wir 2024 ein zusätzliches neues Gebäude eröffnet, das den allerhöchsten Ansprüchen an Lebens- und Arbeitsqualität genügen wird.

Du suchst eine krisensichere Aufgabe mit Sinn, viel Abwechslung und echten Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten? Zum ehestmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als: 1 Personalverrechner/in (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Eigenständige Abrechnung: Du übernimmst die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für rund 140 Mitarbeiter/innen.

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle: Du bist der vertrauensvolle Ansprechpartner für unser Team bei allen dienstrechtlichen und abrechnungstechnischen Fragen.

* Schnittstellenarbeit: Du hältst den direkten Kontakt zu Behörden, Krankenkassen und Gemeinden.

* HR & Recruiting: Du unterstützt aktiv bei Ausschreibungen, dem Bewerbungsmanagement und den Einstellungsabläufen.

* Administration: Du führst die Personalakten sorgfältig und stimmst dich eng mit der Kollegialen Führung sowie den Verantwortungsträgern des Gemeindeverbands ab.

Das bringst du mit:

* Ausbildung: Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Personalverrechnerprüfung.

* Erfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung.

* Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.

* Persönlichkeit: Ein freundliches, kommunikatives Auftreten sowie eine ordentliche, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise.

* Mindset: Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
