* Erstellung der Gehaltsabrechnung für die Zentrale (KV Angestellte Metallgewerbe)

* Vorbereitung der Lohnverrechnung unserer internationalen Standorte USA und Asien in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern (Steuerberater)

* Unterstützung bei personaladministrativen Aufgaben wie der Vertragserstellung, der Zeiterfassung und ähnlichen Aufgaben

* Recherche im Zusammenhang mit der internationalen Lohnverrechnung (steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Themen, Pensions- und Arbeitsunfallversicherung)

* Ansprechpartner für Ämter und Behörden sowie MitarbeiterInnen und Geschäftsführung bei lohnsteuer-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen

Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HBLA, HAS) und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit BMD wünschenswert

* Freude am Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Kollegen und Partnern

* Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Offene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
