Unternehmen: Elite Bilanzbuchhalter GmbH 1 Personalverrechner:in (Schwerpunkt Bauwesen / BUAK) - ab sofort Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für unsere Klient:innen

* Erstellung und Abwicklung von Meldungen und Bestätigungen im Rahmen der Personalverrechnung

* Ansprechpartner:in für arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung der Personalverrechnung im Baugewerbe inkl. BUAK, Schlechtwetter, Pfändungen, etc.

* Unterstützung bzw. Leitung des Teams bei der monatlichen Abrechnung

* Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung: eigenverantwortliche Betreuung zugeteilter Mandant:innen

* Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Behördenkontakten

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Zwingend erforderlich: fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung im Baugewerbe

(inkl. BUAK, Schlechtwetterregelung, Pfändungen und branchenspezifischer Abrechnungen)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS und MS Office

* Grundkenntnisse in Serbokroatisch von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation

* Hohe Genauigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Zahlenaffinität

Gesetzlicher Hinweis (AMS-konform):

Das Mindestentgelt für die ausgeschriebene Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte bei Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen € 2.435,00 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.

Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist ausdrücklich vorgesehen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Personalverrechner:in (Schwerpunkt Bauwesen / BUAK) - ab sofort beträgt 2.259,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
