Dein Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA) mit zusätzlicher Qualifikation in der Personalverrechnung

* Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung erwünscht

* Praxis im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kollektivverträgen, etwa Handel, Metallindustrie oder Metallgewerbe

* Fundiertes Wissen in Arbeitsrecht, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung

* Kenntnisse in SAP sind wünschenswert

* Gewissenhafte, eigenständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie gute Teamfähigkeit

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Präzision und gutes Verständnis für Zahlen

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Selbstständige und termingerechte Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung verschiedener Branchen mit SAP HCM

* Erfassung und Abrechnung von Arbeitszeiten, Überstunden, Zulagen und Zuschlägen

* Durchführung der Reisekostenabrechnung

* Betreuung der laufenden Personaladministration, inklusive Ein- und Austritten sowie Krankenständen

* Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um die Personalverrechnung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

* Unterstützung bei arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Themen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Analysen sowie laufende Datenpflege

* Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung interner Prozesse

* Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Stellen

* Mitwirkung bei Prüfungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen

Wir bieten

* Direktanstellung ab dem 1. Arbeitstag bei unserem Kunden

* Vollzeitstelle (38,5 Stunden/ Woche) von Montag bis Freitag

* Ein kollektivvertragliches Monatsgehalt ab € 3.157,47 brutto, mit ausdrücklicher Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
