Das erwartet dich

* Laufende Personalverrechnung für Kund:innen, Administration von Ein- und Austritten, Reisekostenabrechnungen

* Verwaltung von Urlauben und Krankenständen, sowie sonstigen Abwesenheiten

* Arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen

* Selbständiges Arbeiten sowie im Team

* Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit Kund:innen, Ämtern und Behörden

* Arbeitsentlastung durch digitale Tools wie TPA Connect (elektronisches Kundenportal mit digitalem Personalakt, etc.)

Das bringst du mit

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (z. B. HAK/HBLA) sowie min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, vorzugsweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* Absolvierte Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung (bevorzugt WIFI) ist vorteilhaft

* Strukturierter Arbeitsstil und diskreter Umgang mit Daten

* Kommunikationsfreude, Serviceorientierung und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Zahlen

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, BMD-NTCS Kenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus

* Interesse, neue Lösungen zur Digitalisierung von Abläufen mitzuentwickeln
