Wat je gaat doen Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer denk je mee over een vraag rondom verzuim of functioneren. De andere keer begeleid je een leidinggevende bij een lastige personele situatie of geef je advies over arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelgeving. - Je adviseert over personele en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Je begeleidt bij verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en arbeidsrelaties. - Je denkt mee over complexe personele situaties en passende oplossingen. - Je adviseert over cao, wet- en regelgeving en personeelsbeleid. - Je signaleert ontwikkelingen en risico's en vertaalt deze naar praktisch HR-advies. - Je draagt bij aan werving en selectie en vindt het leuk om aanwezig te zijn op banenmarkten. - Je werkt mee aan HR-projecten en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons personeelsbeleid.
