Het grootste deel van je werk bestaat uit allround HR-advies. Doordat wij een kleine gemeente zijn, ben je verantwoordelijk van A - Z, hierbij zie je ook direct de impact. Je bent de vaste HR-sparringpartner van de manager van jouw domein en beweegt gemakkelijk tussen operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken. Je hebt te maken met de volle breedte van het HR-vak: van personele casuïstiek en verzuim tot organisatieontwikkeling en beleidsadvies. Wat neem jij mee? Wij zoeken een zeer ervaren, allround personeelsadviseur die het leuk vindt om zich vast te bijten in allerhande HR-vraagstukken. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk, hebt een brede blik en weet wanneer je moet adviseren, wanneer je moet doorpakken en wanneer je juist de verbinding moet zoeken. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als P&O-adviseur op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau binnen een gemeente. - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met verzuimbeleid en arbobeleid. - Je bent een gecertificeerd HR21 gebruiker binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie en beschikt over de bijbehorende kennis. - Je hebt ervaring met de cao Gemeenten en de gemeentelijke rechtspositie. - Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Je hebt ervaring met AFAS. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een goed bruto maandsalaris in schaal 10, minimaal € 3.824,- tot een maximum van € 5.624 ,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek; - 144 wettelijke vakantie-uren en 57,6 bovenwettelijke vakantie-uren per kalenderjaar op basis van een 36-urige werkweek; - 17,05% financieel keuzebudget dat tot je beschikking staat.
