Je maakt en bewaakt de planning, schakelt met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en lost snel en praktisch onverwachte situaties op. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij recruitment en onboarding. Je zet vacatures uit, voert gesprekken, geeft rondleidingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's zich welkom voelen en goed starten. Je zit zeker niet de hele dag achter je computer. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer, houdt contact met de teams en checkt of alles goed verloopt. Bij drukte steek je waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Een hands-on mentaliteit, initiatief en makkelijk contact maken zijn daarom belangrijk. Een functie met veel vrijheid We vinden een goede balans tussen verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit belangrijk. Je werktijden zijn daarom in overleg en een vaste 9-tot-5-indeling is niet noodzakelijk. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan twee langere werkdagen en twee middagen, afhankelijk van wat bij jou en de planning past. In het weekend ben je telefonisch bereikbaar voor bijvoorbeeld ziekmeldingen, roosterwijzigingen en andere praktische zaken. Dit betekent geen volledige werkdag: je kunt dit gewoon vanuit huis regelen door af en toe je telefoon te controleren en te reageren wanneer dat nodig is.
