The posting

Een goede personeelsplanning draait om vooruitkijken. Weten hoeveel chauffeurs we vandaag nodig hebben, maar óók wat er volgende week, tijdens de vakantieperiode of over een paar maanden op ons afkomt.

Als personeelsplanner op onze vestiging in Nijmegen vertaal je het verwachte werkaanbod naar de juiste personele capaciteit. Je kijkt vooruit, brengt pieken en dalen in de bezetting tijdig in beeld en zorgt ervoor dat de inzet van medewerkers goed aansluit op het werk dat gedaan moet worden.

Je werkt dagelijks samen met de planners en chauffeurs op onze vestiging. Je weet wat er speelt rondom verlof, opleidingen en inzetbaarheid en neemt dit mee in je planning.

Wat ga je doen?

- Opstellen, bewaken en coördineren van de dagelijkse personeelsplanning voor de inzameling van afvalstromen

- Maken en beheren van personeels-, bezettings- en vakantieplanningen

- Vooruitkijken naar de benodigde capaciteit en prognoses maken voor bijvoorbeeld vakantieperiodes en seizoensdrukte

- Afstemmen van de personele inzet op het werkaanbod, beschikbare materieel en de begroting

- Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van knelpunten door bijvoorbeeld ziekte, verlof of piekbelasting

- Bepalen wanneer aanvullende interne of externe capaciteit nodig is en hier tijdig op anticiperen

- Schakelen met chauffeurs en leidinggevenden over dagelijkse wijzigingen en bezettingsvraagstukken

- Bespreken van inzetbaarheid, verlof, planning en uitval met medewerkers

- Meedenken over verbeteringen in onze planningsprocessen en bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen

Wie ben jij?

Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en vindt het leuk om vooruit te kijken. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en maakt gemakkelijk de vertaalslag van het verwachte werk naar de benodigde capaciteit. Als de situatie verandert, schakel je snel en zoek je naar een praktische oplossing die werkt voor zowel de operatie als de medewerkers.
