Als personeelsplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inroosteren van het team op de vloer en op het ijs. Jij bent onze expert als het gaat om planning en personeelsbezetting! Je puzzelt, belt, mailt en draagt zorg dat de planning van onze medewerkers optimaal is. Dit doe je voor zowel het horecateam, allroundteam en voor het team van onze (assistent) ijsmeesters. Afhankelijk van het weekend, de vakantie of een doordeweekse dag, ontvangen we tussen de 1000 en 4500 bezoekers per dag. Hierop stemmen we het aantal medewerkers, supervisors en ijsmeesters op af. Per dag komt dit neer op het inroosteren van 10 tot 20 personen. Je werkt in de basis in ons kantoor in Rotterdam, zodat je snel en makkelijk kunt schakelen met de Horeca Manager, Floor Manager en Technisch Projectmanager. Zo nu en dan hybride werken is uiteraard mogelijk! Dit ga jij doen. - Jij beheert de personeelsplanning en bent verantwoordelijk voor het inroosteren van het horeca-, allround- en assistent ijsmeester team - In overleg met de Floor Manager, Horeca Manager en Technisch Manager, zorg jij voor de optimale bezetting en voor de juiste bemensing op de juiste plaats - Je plant zo efficiënt mogelijk en houd hierbij rekening met rustige en drukke momenten - Bij ziekte- of verzuim schakel je snel en zorg je voor de juiste vervangers - Om zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen wat de werkzaamheden inhouden, zul je in de beginfase van het seizoen een aantal shifts en/of uren meedraaien op de vloer - Je ziet samen met de Managers toe op personeelskosten en rapporteert deze periodiek aan de directie - Periode werkzaamheden: oktober 2026 t/m februari 2027 Dit ben jij. - Minimaal HBO denk- en werkniveau - Je bent communicatief vaardig: jij belt liever om snel te schakelen - Je bent van nature nauwkeurig en gaat gedetailleerd te werk, puzzelen en plannen i...
