Als personeelsplanner weet je de personeelsbezetting optimaal af te stemmen op de behoeften van de organisatie, met oog voor de voorkeuren, vaardigheden en een goede werk-privébalans van onze collega's. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met medewerkers in de operatie en ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor vragen over roosters en planning. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productieplanning, productie, logistiek en onze uitzendbureaus. Je werkt zelfstandig, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen in de planning of beschikbaarheid van personeel snel en zorgvuldig worden opgelost. Ook informeer je de Supply Chain Manager over afwijkingen, gekozen oplossingen en evalueren jullie samen de resultaten versus de doelstellingen Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: · Personeelsplanning: je maakt de personeelsplanning voor onze vaste medewerkers en uitzendkrachten en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde diensten zo goed mogelijk zijn ingevuld. · Forecasting : je stelt op basis van de productieplanning en geldende normen een forecast op van de benodigde personeelsbezetting en stemt deze af met onze uitzendbureaus. · Bezettingskwaliteit: je controleert of medewerkers over de juiste kwalificaties beschikken. · Dagelijkse bijsturing: je reageert snel op wijzigingen in de planning of personeelsbezetting, bijvoorbeeld bij ziekte of een no-show. · Wet- en regelgeving: je volgt relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van uitzendwerk en zorgt ervoor dat deze goed worden verwerkt in onze werkwijze en systemen. · Rapportages: je houdt rapportages bij over onder andere personeelsinz...
