Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de maritieme sector. Vanuit het kantoor in regio Wommelgem coördineren zij een vloot die dag en nacht actief is op de Europese binnenwateren.

Een goede bemanningsplanning is daarbij onmisbaar. Als Personeelsplanner Bemanningsleden zorg jij ervoor dat ieder schip op het juiste moment over de juiste bemanning beschikt. Je houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties en zorgt ervoor dat de schepen operationeel blijven. Je spreekt tevens goed Duits, om dagelijks met de verschillende bemanningsleden te kunnen communiceren.

Functie

  • Je stelt de bemanningsplanning op en houdt daarbij rekening met kwalificaties, verplichte rusttijden en een evenwichtige teamsamenstelling.
  • Bij ziekte, afwezigheden of onverwachte wijzigingen zoek je snel naar een geschikte vervanging.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met kapiteins en bemanningsleden en communiceert duidelijk over de planning en eventuele aanpassingen.
  • Je volgt scheepscertificaten en personeelsdocumenten nauwgezet op, zodat alle administratie juridisch en technisch in orde blijft.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over verschillende schepen en grijpt tijdig in wanneer de planning dreigt vast te lopen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een functie waarin planning, personeelsplanning of logistieke coördinatie centraal stond. Ervaring binnen de binnenvaart is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Deze talenkennis is noodzakelijk om dagelijks met de verschillende bemanningsleden te kunnen communiceren.
  • Je communiceert helder en kordaat, maar houdt altijd rekening met de mensen achter de planning.
