In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je personeelsplanning, administratie en contact met collega's binnen een dynamische zorgomgeving. Wat ga je doen bij Basalt? In deze nieuwe, veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning en administratieve ondersteuning van de cateringafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat er altijd voldoende medewerkers beschikbaar zijn om de cateringdienstverlening aan patiënten, bezoekers en collega's optimaal te laten verlopen. Je stelt roosters op, beheert en wijzigt deze waar nodig en houdt daarbij rekening met wet- en regelgeving, bezettingseisen en de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarnaast verzorg je de personeels- en roosteradministratie, waaronder het verwerken van urenregistraties, verlofaanvragen en verzuimmeldingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleider catering en teamcoördinatoren en bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers als zij vragen hebben over het rooster. Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten in de bezetting en onderneemt hier actie op. Je ondersteunt, indien nodig, andere afdelingen binnen Services & Huisvesting bij roosterwerkzaamheden. Door jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en organisatietalent draag je dagelijks bij aan een soepele en efficiënte dienstverlening binnen de zorgomgeving van Basalt.
