We werken bij Kober in 'clusters'. Jij gaat aan de slag in cluster D, welke de regio Zundert en Etten-Leur omvat. Wat ga je doen als personeelsplanner bij Kober? - Jij bent dé spil in het maken van roosters en adviseert over personeelsplanning. - Je ondersteunt de unitmanagers en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen over inzet en planning. - Je stelt duidelijke en haalbare roosters op en publiceert deze in ons roosterprogramma. - Je houdt rekening met wensen van medewerkers, wet- en regelgeving (IKK, BKR, WAB) én de continuïteit op de groep. - Jij draait er je hand niet voor om. Je schakelt snel en denkt in oplossingen. - Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen. - Je werkt op locatie, zodat je betrokken blijft bij de teams waarvoor je plant. - Een afwisselende en betekenisvolle functie binnen een warme, professionele organisatie. - Een contract van 27 uur per week verdeeld over 3,5 dag voor de periode december 2026 - juni 2027. - Een salaris volgens cao...
