Vind je het leuk om uitdagingen aan te gaan en problemen op de korte en langere termijn op te lossen? Word dan planner binnen ons planbureau voor de personele planning! Hier ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de complexe planningen, maar adviseer je ook de afdeling(en) waarvoor je plant over personele capaciteit. Zo zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal functioneert! Wat ga je doen? De komende periode zal de zorgvraag toenemen vanwege de vergrijzing. Dit kan aan de personele capaciteit een grote krapte tot gevolg hebben. Professionalisering van de personele planning wordt hierdoor van groter belang. Plannen zien wij als een echt vak. Als personeelsplanner plan je op een efficiënte en effectieve wijze medewerkers van complexe afdelingen op basis van zorgvraag, bezettingseisen en kwalificaties. Je zorgt dat deze planning voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving, het Amphia beleid en dat het proces tijdig en soepel verloopt. Afdelingen werken met zelfroosteren en jij zorgt er zelfstandig voor dat het rooster volledig is. Je hebt hierbij laagdrempelig contact met de medewerkers en leidinggevende van de afdeling waarvoor je plant. Je houdt rekening met de vraag naar zorg en voert tijdig aanpassingen door in het rooster. Dit betekent dat je knelpunten signaleert op de korte termijn en draagt zelfstandig oplossingsvoorstellen aan; ook bij ad-hoc planningsproblemen. Samen met je collega-planners en met tactische planners vorm je een sterk team dat zorgt voor efficiënte planning voor alle verpleegafdelingen. Verder draag je bij aan ...
