  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en aanwerving van de arbeiders met bijhorende loonadministratie in samenwerking met de sociale diensten.
  • Je zorgt voor het dagelijks bijhouden en controleren van Track & Trace Systeem en de uur registratie.
  • Je verzorgt het beheer van actief zoeken naar geschikte profielen en weet vlot te communiceren en contacten te onderhouden (VDAB, interimkantoren, scholen en sociaal media).
  • Je voert diverse sollicitatiegesprekken en neemt nauwkeurig referenties op.
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk en streeft naar een perfect en productief verloop van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en vervult diverse administratieve taken.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken wij bij voorkeur iemand met een degelijke ervaring als personeelsverantwoordelijke.
  • Eigenschappen als daadkracht, prioriteiten kunnen stellen en creativiteit bij het oplossen van problemen zijn belangrijk.
  • Je bent een perfecte luisteraar en bent communicatief sterk om steeds tot de gepaste oplossing te komen voor alle partijen.
  • Je werkt proactief, gestructureerd, vlot en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent superhandig met de courante MS Office en spreekt vloeiend tweetalig N/F en bent stressbestendig.
