Een ziekmelding in de ochtend, een verlofaanvraag die binnenkomt of een locatie waar nét wat extra inzet nodig is. Als personele planner zorg jij ervoor dat onze collega's in de dagopvang en bso iedere dag zo goed mogelijk gepland staan. Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor van Nummereen in Eersel. Samen met vijf andere personele planners vorm je het team Centrale personele planning (CPP). Een team waarin je veel samenwerkt, snel schakelt en elkaar helpt wanneer de planning daarom vraagt. Plannen, schakelen en oplossingen vinden Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Natuurlijk werk je vooruit aan een goede personele planning, maar in de kinderopvang weet je ook dat de dag soms anders loopt dan gedacht. Je verwerkt wijzigingen, kijkt naar verlofaanvragen en schakelt bij ziekte of andere onverwachte situaties. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar wat er wél mogelijk is. Soms ligt de oplossing voor de hand, soms vraagt het wat meer gepuzzel. Je hebt veel contact met pedagogisch professionals en teamcoaches. Je kent de locaties, weet steeds beter wie waar werkt en krijgt gevoel voor wat er binnen de verschillende teams speelt. Op kantoor werk je op dezelfde afdeling als onze collega's van Klantadvies en Kindplanning. Ieder vanuit een eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar met veel raakvlakken in het dagelijkse werk. Dit ga je doen Jij zorgt samen met je collega's dat de personele planning iedere dag klopt. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar vandaag, maar juist ook vooruit. Waar ontstaat ruimte? Waar verwachten we een tekort? En wat kunnen we nu al regelen om straks goed uit te komen? - Je plant vooruit en houdt zicht op de bezetting van onze locaties - Je schakelt snel bij ziekte, verlof of andere veranderingen - Je zoekt naar passende oplossingen als de planning verandert - Je sign...
