Wat je gaat doen Als personele planner houd je je bezig met de planning van onze collega's op een afdeling waar zorg wordt geleverd. Dat kan een verpleegafdeling of polikliniek zijn, maar ook een medisch ondersteunende afdeling zoals de paramedische dienst of het lab. Dit is veel meer dan alleen een puzzel leggen. Je houdt rekening met zowel de belangen van het ziekenhuis - het soepel laten draaien van de organisatie - als met persoonlijke wensen van collega's. Dat betekent dat je beslissingen neemt die impact hebben, bijvoorbeeld over verlofaanvragen, vrije dagen en wie die ene nachtdienst draait. Het is een uitdagende balans tussen het tegemoetkomen aan individuele behoeften en het maken van een sluitend rooster. Dit vraagt om snel schakelen, heldere communicatie en het vermogen om ook onder druk het overzicht te bewaren. Om dat goed te kunnen doen ben je een zichtbare en betrokken collega op de werkvloer. Je luistert, observeert en spart met het team om te weten wat er speelt. Jouw nieuwsgierigheid en empathie helpen je om situaties goed aan te voelen en open te blijven communiceren. Tegelijkertijd sta je stevig in je schoenen: je bent duidelijk over de mogelijkheden en plandoelstellingen, zodat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is. Naast het maken van roosters ben je ook een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management van de afdeling. Je levert input over personeelsbehoeften, zoals de vacatureruimte in het team, en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
