Die Berater® Unternehmensberatungs GmbH sucht im Auftrag eines internationalen Möbelhauses im Rahmen der Arbeitsplatznahen Qualifizierung (AQUA) engagierte Teilnehmer:innen für eine Ausbildung am 2. Bildungsweg. 1 Personen mit Interesse an einer Ausbildung zur Einzelhandelskaufkraft (m/w/x) - Schwerpunkt Einrichtungsberatung (m/w/d) Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS Wien gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

Anforderungen:

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Interesse am Einrichten und Gestalten

* Motivation, täglich Neues zu lernen

* Freundliches Auftreten und Teamgeist

Aufgabenbereich:

* Planung von Wohnideen mit moderner 3D-Software

* Gestalte Räume, die richtig Eindruck machen

* Kund:innenberatung und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen

* Erwerb von Fachkenntnissen über Möbel, Materialien, Farben und Trends

Im Rahmen des AQUA-Programms absolvieren Sie eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg, bestehend aus einem betrieblichen Praktikum sowie begleitender theoretischer Qualifizierung. Die Dauer ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt. Sie erhalten während der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes (täglich min. € 33,86). Die Ausbildungskosten werden vom Unternehmen übernommen.

Ziel:

Mögliche Übernahme in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis nach Ausbildungsende.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Ausbildung liegt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im anschließenden Dienstverhältnis bei € 2.251,- brutto (Basis Vollzeit). Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Leistung möglich.
