Werken bij de Vereende Senior Personenschadebehandelaar/regelaar (duo-functie) die inhoudelijke diepgang combineert met persoonlijk contact. Vacature Ken jij de wereld van personenschade van binnen en van buiten? Vind je complexe dossiers interessant en wil je slachtoffers in jouw eigen dossiers ook persoonlijk spreken? Dan hebben wij dé baan voor jou! Als Schaderegelaar binnen- en buitendienst bij de Vereende behandel je zaken die je niet overal tegenkomt. Denk aan zware letselschades en complexe aansprakelijkheidskwesties. Je voert de regie over je eigen dossiers en treedt waar nodig ook op als schaderegelaar. Je bezoekt slachtoffers, brengt hun situatie zorgvuldig in beeld en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar een passende aanpak in het dossier. Daarbij komen jouw juridische kennis, analytisch vermogen, inlevingsvermogen en besluitvaardigheid samen. Je behandelt de zwaardere letselschadezaken die bij het Waarborgfonds Motorverkeer, de Vereende en het Nederlands Bureau binnenkomen. Het bijzondere aan deze functie is dat je niet alleen vanuit kantoor of huis werkt, maar ook zelf slachtoffers bezoekt. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke diepgang met persoonlijk contact. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en vertrouwen bij het nemen van beslissingen. Je werkt samen met ervaren professionals die kennis delen, met elkaar sparren en elkaar helpen wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Behandelen van complexe letselschadedossiers van A tot Z. - Regie voeren over jouw eigen dossiers en zelfstandig besluiten nemen over de aanpak. - Als schaderegelaar bezoeken van slachtoffers in jouw eigen dossiers. - Voorbereiden, voeren en vastleggen van persoonlijke gesprekken met slachtoffers en andere betrokkenen. - Vertalen van informatie uit bezoeken naar concrete vervolgstappen en een zorgvuldige schaderegeling. - Onderhouden van contact met belangenbehartigers, experts, juristen en andere betrokken partijen. - Fungeren als ...
