Ben jij iemand die graag met mensen werkt en voldoening haalt uit het maken van een verschil in het leven van anderen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een geduldige en zorgzame persoonlijk assistent voor een budgethouder met een zware vorm van autisme en mentale achterstand. Deze persoon geniet van prentenboekjes, kleine spelletjes, en puzzels, al gaat de concentratie snel verloren.

Luisteren gaat goed wanneer er duidelijke autoriteit is. We zoeken iemand die kan helpen bij het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden en die op een rustige en gestructureerde manier begeleiding kan bieden.

Je zult voornamelijk na schooltijd en op sommige zaterdagen instaan voor de begeleiding. De dagen en uren zijn als volgt:

  • Maandag: 16u30 - 19u30
  • Dinsdag: 16u30 - 19u30
  • Woensdag: 13u30 - 16u30
  • Donderdag: 16u30 - 19u30

In deze rol bied je zowel structuur als rust. Er is behoefte aan een rustige omgeving en duidelijke instructies.

Je zult ondersteunen bij het spelen met prentenboeken, puzzels, en kleine spelletjes. Het is belangrijk om te helpen de concentratie vast te houden en begeleiding te bieden wanneer afleiding optreedt.

Eventueel buiten activiteiten als het weer dit toelaat en het aanbieden van educatieve spelletjes.

Daarnaast zal je ondersteunen bij het aanleren van taken zoals opruimen en helpen met de dagelijkse routine, zoals het vieruurtje na school.

  • Ervaring in het werken met kinderen of jongeren met autisme en mentale achterstand, professioneel.
  • Geduld, inlevingsvermogen, en een rustige persoonlijkheid.
  • Het vermogen om duidelijke grenzen te stellen en structuur te bieden.
  • Bekwaamheid in het aanbieden van activiteiten die zowel leuk als educatief zijn.
  • Fysiek sterk genoeg zijn om de budgethouder in toom te houden.
  • Flexibiliteit in het omgaan met onverwachte situaties en het samenwerken met andere gezinsleden.
