Persoonlijk begeleider hbo | 32 - 32 uur | Alphen aan den Rijn | € 3.183,02 - € 4.440,64 | Wonen Jongvolwassenen Voor onze 24-uurs woonlocatie in Alphen aan den Rijn zijn wij op zoek naar een persoonlijk begeleider (onze benaming: mentor). Als mentor draag je bij aan de kans voor de jongvolwassen bewoners om zichzelf te ontwikkelen en naar vermogen te participeren in de maatschappij. Wil jij bijdragen aan deze ontwikkeling? Dan ben jij de mentor die wij zoeken! Wat ga je doen als mentor? Je gaat aan de slag als mentor op onze 24-uurs woonlocatie in Alphen aan den Rijn voor jongvolwassenen tussen de 18 en 32 jaar met ontwikkeling- en GGZ problematiek, zoals depressies en psychoses. Dagelijks ben je bezig met het (groeps) begeleiden, stimuleren en ondersteunen van de jongvolwassenen in de groep. Je helpt hen bij het aanleren van sociale vaardigheden en het vergroten van hun zelfredzaamheid. Je schept op professionele wijze een band met de jongvolwassene waardoor er wederzijds vertrouwen ontstaat. Voor de jongvolwassene waar jij mentor van bent, stel jij in samenwerking met de gedragsdeskundige, de jongvolwassene en ouders/verzorgers doelen op. Dit zijn realistische en haalbare doelen waar jullie aan werken en tussendoor ook met elkaar evalueren. Ook betrek je zo veel mogelijk het eigen netwerk (ouders/verzorgers, familie, vrienden) van de jongvolwassene bij de begeleiding. Je bent onderdeel van het vaste team dat bestaat uit gedragsdeskundigen, een locatieleider, mentoren en (woon)begeleiders. Wat wij jou bieden - Een salaris tussen € 3.183,02 en € 4.440,64 bruto o.b.v. 36 uur. Inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring; - Je krijgt 8,33% vakantiegeld en ruim 5,5 week vakantie bij een fulltime dienstverband. Dus genoeg ruimte om op te laden en te genieten; - Een opleidingsbudget van 1,5% van je jaarsalaris dat je kunt inzetten voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling via bijvoorbeeld de Prodeba Academy; - Een individueel keuzebudget...
