Weigeren Persoonlijk begeleider, Boegpad A/B, Gouda Wij zijn voor Boegpad A/B in Gouda op zoek naar een stevige persoonlijk begeleider Locatie Boegpad is een woning voor mensen met autisme en een licht verstandelijke beperking. De reguliere woonvorm valt onder de regio Midden-Holland en ligt in de stad Gouda. In twee geschakelde woningen hebben tien bewoners de beschikking over hun eigen appartement. De appartementen op 'Het Boegpad' bestaan uit een woon-/slaapkamer met keuken, badkamer en toilet. In elke woning is een centrale woonkamer waar samen wordt gekookt en gegeten. De bewoners kunnen gebruikmaken van een gedeelde tuin. Wat ga je doen? Als persoonlijk begeleider ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor meerdere bewoners. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een plan en zorgt ervoor dat dit wordt uitgevoerd. Daarnaast begeleid je de bewoners in hun woonomgeving. Zo ondersteun je hen bij het koken, huishoudelijke taken, medicatie en groepsactiviteiten. Ook biedt je ondersteuning bij sociaal-emotionele vraagstukken. Als persoonlijk begeleider ben je een betrouwbare ander die het gesprek aangaat met de bewoner en ondersteunt bij hulpvragen die voortkomen uit het autisme. Op het Boegpad wonen bewoners die grotendeels zelfstandig zijn en waar nodig ondersteuning krijgen van de begeleiding. Dit kan variëren van praktische hulp, zoals ondersteuning bij het tandenpoetsen of schoonmaken, tot het bieden van structuur, een luisterend oor of ondersteuning bij het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden, zoals koken. De aanwezigheid van de begeleiding is afgestemd op de behoeften en aanwezigheid van de bewoners. Alle bewoners hebben werk buiten de woning, zowel parttime als fulltime. Ook hun vrije tijd vullen zij grotendeels zelfstandig in. De begeleiding sluit hierbij aan en biedt waar passend activiteiten aan, zoals samen boodschappen doen, wandelen of een spelletje spelen.
