Lees dan snel verder. Wat ga je doen? Als (persoonlijk) begeleider coördineer je begeleiding en neem je deel aan de casusregie van een aantal cliënten. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan de logees op de groep en met lichte opvoedondersteuning. Zo zie je met eigen ogen wat er nodig is om het samenspel tussen cliënten, verwanten en begeleiders vast te houden en te versterken. Tijdens je dienst zorg je ervoor dat de logees op jou kunnen vertrouwen. Je bent betrokken bij het ochtendritueel of vangt de logees weer op als ze klaar zijn met school / dagbesteding. Je betrekt ze bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de huishoudelijke taken op de woning. Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden ook uit het leggen en onderhouden van contact met derden zoals school, dagbesteding en andere betrokkenen. Hierin in krijg je ondersteuning van de andere (persoonlijk) begeleiders en teamleider. Voor het realiseren van de beste ondersteuning, begeleiding en cliënt- en werkoverleggen, werk je samen met de orthopedagoog en de teamleider. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk om de beste zorg te bieden aan de logees. Jouw werkplek Het logeerhuis en de BSO Zevenkamp is een dynamische werkplek met een groot team aan collega's. De medewerkers zijn gewend om te kijken naar de individuele ondersteuningsbehoefte van het kind en proberen zich te verdiepen in alle verschillen tussen de kinderen. Iedere medewerker beschikt over de basiskennis en deskundigheid voor het bieden van zorg en begeleiding. Denk hierbij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, begeleidingsmethodieken en creativiteit in het aanbieden van activiteiten op maat. De samenstelling van de groepen kan per dag verschillen.
