Wat verwachten we van jou als senior begeleider? - Jij bent in het bezit van minimaal een agogisch niveau 4 diploma. - Ervaring in de functie van senior begeleider is een pré. - Je bent empathisch, communicatief vaardig en hebt een open, betrokken houding. - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring in de Gehandicaptenzorg. - Je kunt reflecteren op je eigen handelen en staat open voor feedback. - Je hebt geen problemen met onregelmatige diensten. Welkom bij woonlocatie de Schors! De Schors in Losser is een woonlocatie voor 34 volwassen cliënten aan de rand van het dorp Losser. De naam de Schors betekent bescherming bieden en beschut wonen. Deze betekenis is de rode draad binnen de locatie. De Schors biedt ondersteuning, begeleiding, verzorging en verpleging aan cliënten die goed passen binnen deze beschermde woonomgeving. Er zijn meerdere woongroepen binnen de Schors. Binnen het gebouw zijn er allerlei aanpassingen mogelijk en hulpmiddelen aanwezig, zodat iedereen die dit wenst, kan blijven wonen tot het einde van zijn of haar leven.
