Schaal 45 kent een maximum van € 4.273 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek. Voor de functie herstelcoach vindt de salariëring plaats in FWG groep 50 met een maximum van € 4.716. Binnen deze schaal word je ingeschaald afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de cao ggz met een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en opname in het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn. - Uitgebreide scholings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en een ruime woon/werk-reiskostenvergoeding. In eerste instantie bieden we een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op verlenging. Tot slot bieden we een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma van 4 dagen, waarin je kennis maakt met de organisatie. Wat verwachten wij van jou als persoonlijk begeleider/herstelcoach? - Je bent een aanpakker en praktisch ingesteld. - Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, waarbij je wel afstemming zoekt waar nodig. - Je beschikt over een relevant diploma op hbo-niveau (zoals Social Work, SPH, MWD, Toegepaste psychologie) aangevuld met functiegerichte opleidingen. Ook heb je aantoonbare werkervaring in de psychiatrie en/of de verslavingszorg. - Om goed aan te kunnen sluiten bij de veranderingen in de praktijk, wil je altijd blijven groeien. Je vindt het dan ook vanzelfsprekend om te reflecteren. Zelf, met de cliënt en met het team. Op basis hiervan stel je je werkwijze bij wanneer nodig. - Je bent analytisch en blijft altijd kritisch op het professioneel handelen vanuit de waarden en visie van Lister. - Je bent zelforganiserend en hebt reflecterend vermogen. - Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding. - Kennis van de diverse culturen die voorkomen in Nederland is een pluspunt.
