Je werkt met cliënten met Moeilijk Verstaanbaar Gedrag (MVG) en leert alle vaardigheden die nodig zijn om regie te nemen in complexe zorgsituaties. "In het werken met de MVG-doelgroep kun je te maken krijgen met pittige situaties, waaronder verbale én fysieke agressie. Jij kunt hierin stevig staan, professioneel handelen en veiligheid waarborgen - voor jezelf, je collega's en de cliënt. " Wat ga je doen? Als High Potential start je als Begeleider MVG binnen één van onze woonlocaties in het rayon. Je werkt met cliënten die intensieve ondersteuning nodig hebben, vaak vanwege complexe problematiek.
