Ben jij sterk in het begeleiden van cliënten én collega's? Op Wentel 4D combineer je de rol van Persoonlijk Begeleider met die van coach. Je kijkt achter gedrag, bewaakt de lijn in de begeleiding en helpt collega's om met vertrouwen en vanuit dezelfde afspraken te werken. Wat ga je doen Je begeleidt zeven cliënten: vier _ongvolwassenen, één volwassene en twee ouder wordende cliënten. Zij hebben behoefte aan structuur, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid. Een vaste dagplanning is belangrijk. Je leert de cliënten goed kennen, kijkt achter gedrag en herkent signalen wanneer spanning oploopt. Soms kan er agressie ontstaan en werk je de-escalerend. De ondersteuning verschilt per cliënt. Bij sommige cliënten neem je een deel of de volledige ADL over, anderen hebben vooral verbale ondersteuning nodig. Je kijkt altijd naar wat iemand zelf kan en nodig heeft en stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid. Voor een aantal cliënten ben jij als Persoonlijk Begeleider het vaste aanspreekpunt. Je zorgt dat afspraken over de begeleiding duidelijk zijn en kijkt samen met verwanten, collega's en andere disciplines wat goed gaat en wat anders kan. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke rol als coach. Juist bij deze groep is het belangrijk dat collega's dezelfde lijn volgen. Je kijkt mee op de werkvloer, bespreekt situaties die collega's lastig vinden en geeft open en oprecht feedback. Soms doe je iets voor, soms stel je juist de vragen waardoor een collega zelf ontdekt wat werkt. Ook organiseer je intervisies, zodat collega's ervaringen delen en van elkaar leren. Zo zet je jouw kennis en ervaring niet alleen in voor de cliënten die je zelf begeleidt, maar help je ook collega's groeien in hun vak. Samen zorgen jullie voor een vertrouwde omgeving waarin iedere cliënt zich gezien en begrepen voelt. En natuurlijk hoort ook het gewone leven erbij: samen wandelen, fietsen of af en toe lekker een visje halen.
