Werk jij graag met verschillende doelgroepen en houd je van afwisseling? Op De Boet in Wognum werk je op verschillende groepen. Je combineert de dagelijkse begeleiding van cliënten met de verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen cliënten en zorgt dat zij de begeleiding krijgen die bij hen past. Wat ga je doen Op De Boet hoef je niet te kiezen voor één doelgroep. Je begeleidt cliënten individueel en in kleine groepen. De ene cliënt heeft behoefte aan structuur en duidelijkheid, terwijl bij een ander nabijheid, verzorging en beleving centraal staan. Je kijkt steeds naar wat iemand kan en nodig heeft voor een fijne dag. Voor een aantal cliënten ben jij als Persoonlijk Begeleider het vaste aanspreekpunt. Je bewaakt de doelen en afspraken uit het ondersteuningsplan en kijkt samen met verwanten, collega's en andere betrokkenen wat goed gaat en wat anders kan. Daarnaast: organiseer en begeleid je activiteiten die passen bij de cliënt; houd je overzicht over de begeleiding van jouw cliënten en stem je hierover af; help je collega's om de gemaakte afspraken in de dagelijkse begeleiding toe te passen. Meer uren werken? Wil je meer uren? Dan kun je je werk op de dagbesteding mogelijk combineren met diensten op een woning. Je start bijvoorbeeld om 07.00 uur op de woning en gaat daarna met de cliënten mee naar de dagbesteding. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in regio Hoorn; via Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar minder dan 45 minuten rijden; Salaris in FWG 40 CAO GHZ; Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s.
