Wij bieden kinderen met een intensieve en/of meervoudige zorgbehoefte een veilige, liefdevolle en ontwikkelingsgerichte plek, waar zij zichzelf mogen zijn en zich in hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Als Persoonlijk Begeleider ben jij een vaste en vertrouwde kracht op de groep… Als Persoonlijk Begeleider draag je bij aan de behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten in groepsverband. Je begeleidt Begeleiders en ondersteunt Begeleiders BBL in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je werkt binnen het behandelplan en ontvangt inhoudelijke begeleiding van de Gedragswetenschapper en/of GZ-psycholoog. Hiërarchisch val je onder de locatiemanager. …En je maakt dagelijks verschil Je brengt structuur, rust en overzicht op de groep en bent mentor van (complexe) cliënten. Je bewaakt de uitvoering van het dagprogramma, stemt af met collega's en ouders/verzorgers en draagt actief bij aan kwaliteit, samenwerking en een veilig behandelklimaat. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren en coördineren van behandeling en begeleiding in groepsverband. - Ontwerpen, organiseren en evalueren van themagerichte activiteiten. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van Begeleiders en Begeleiders BBL. - Observeren, analyseren en rapporteren van ontwikkeling en gedrag. - Mentor zijn van (complexe) cliënten en uitvoeren van actie- en zorgplannen. - Bewaken van dagprogramma, groepsstructuur en materiaalbeheer. - Samenwerken met ouders/verzorgers en betrokken netwerkpartners. - Bijdragen aan kwaliteitszorg, intervisie en teamtaken. Wie ben jij? - Beschikt over een zorg gerelateerd mbo-4 diploma of over een Maatschappelijke Zorg niveau 3 (begeleider specifieke doelgroepen) met minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de sector of branch...
