Je organiseert en coördineert de ondersteuning van een aantal cliënten. Je stelt zorgplannen op, stemt af met verwanten en behandelaren en evalueert regelmatig wat nodig is. In het dagelijks leven ben je dichtbij. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun ritme en zorgt voor een veilige, prettige en huiselijke omgeving. Je werkt cliëntvolgend en kijkt klein: wat heeft iemand op dit moment nodig? Juist daar maak jij het verschil. Mensen met een EMB en jouw werkplek Je werkt met mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB) • Cliënten: • hebben een complexe zorgvraag • communiceren vaak non-verbaal • hebben behoefte aan nabijheid, rust en structuur • vragen oprechte aandacht van jou • Je werkt in een betrokken team waar: • samenwerking centraal staat • humor en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn • het welzijn en leven van de cliënt voorop staatJouw kwaliteiten Je hebt hart voor de mensen met een EMB en werkt met respect voor ieders tempo en ritme.
