Wil jij werken op een plek waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid echt het verschil maken? Bij De Wending in Heerhugowaard ondersteun je mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en of lichamelijke beperking om een leven te leiden dat bij hen past. Je bent niet alleen begeleider maar ook een vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor en een belangrijke schakel in hun leven. Samen met een hecht team zorg je voor een veilige, warme en stabiele omgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. In deze veelzijdige functie bied je begeleiding aan cliënten in hun dagelijks leven. Je helpt ze met het opstarten en afsluiten van de dag, verzorgt maaltijden, doet boodschappen, kookt en voert lichte huishoudelijke taken uit. Je coördineert de zorg en stelt samen met het netwerk van de cliënt het ondersteuningsplan op. Hierbij stel je de behoeften van de cliënt altijd centraal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de cliënt zich gehoord en begrepen voelt, zowel binnen als buiten de woning. In je werk kun je rekenen op de steun van gedreven collega-begeleiders die net als jij met hart en ziel voor de zorg werken. Samen zorgen jullie voor stabiliteit, structuur en een veilige omgeving voor onze cliënten. Waar ga je werken? De Wending is een kleinschalige woonlocatie in Heerhugowaard waar 17 cliënten wonen. De cliënten zijn tussen de 35 en 83 jaar en hebben een ernstige, matige of licht verstandelijke beperking.
