Wij hebben plek voor een enthousiaste, ondernemende collega, binnen ons team die het belangrijk vindt om voor onze cliënt het verschil te maken. Wat ga je doen Als persoonlijk begeleider speel je een belangrijke rol in het leven van onze cliënten. Je ondersteunt cliënten met een lichte of matige beperking bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en stimuleert sociale interactie. In de centrale ruimte is altijd begeleiding aanwezig en kunnen cliënten terecht met vragen of gewoon voor een praatje. De meeste cliënten gaan overdag naar school, werk of dagbesteding. Jij bent er wanneer ze thuiskomen. Tussentijds ben jij er voor de aanwezige cliënten en verricht je ook andere taken. Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten zoals een kookclub doordeweeks en koffiemomenten in de avond en het weekend. Het is essentieel dat je afspraken naleeft; afwijkingen van deze afspraken kunnen onrust veroorzaken bij cliënten. Geduld, collegialiteit en het creëren van een goede sfeer zijn cruciaal binnen ons team. We helpen elkaar en zorgen samen voor een huiselijke en gezellige omgeving. Er is volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei; je leert veel over communicatie en samenwerking. Je hebt een signalerende functie en bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opmerken van veranderingen in hun gedrag. Kennis van het Triple C-model zijn een pré, maar vooral je geduld en betrokkenheid zijn belangrijk. Over de locatie De Gent is een complex met individuele appartementen, verdeeld over twee woonlagen. Er is één centrale ingang die toegang biedt tot de afzonderlijke appartementen en ontmoetingsruimtes, en in de binnentuin is het gezellig zitten en is iedereen welkom. Het gebouw is rolstoelvriendelijk en heeft de meest moderne voorzieningen wat betreft duurzaamheidseisen, warmte/koeling en energieverbruik. Het complex ligt aan een toegangsweg naar het dorp en in een bedrijvige omgeving. In Hoogkarspel zijn veel voorzieningen aanwezig. De Gent is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
