Op Sterrenberglaan 10 wonen 24 ouder wordende mensen met een matige verstandelijke beperking. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen karakter, levensverhaal en zorgvraag. Er is onder andere sprake van het syndroom van Down, autisme, dementie, psychiatrische problematiek en lichamelijke ouderdomsklachten. Dit vraagt om begeleiding die aansluit bij de persoon en kijkt naar wat iemand nog wél kan. De bewoners wonen in een eigen appartement binnen een warme woonomgeving. Op iedere verdieping is een gezamenlijke woonkamer waar bewoners elkaar ontmoeten, koffie drinken en deelnemen aan activiteiten. Op Sterrenberglaan 10 kunnen bewoners hun hele leven blijven wonen, ook wanneer de zorgvraag verandert. Hierdoor bouw je een langdurige band op met bewoners en hun netwerk.
