Jouw aandacht maakt het verschil! Bij de Koopman in Wervershoof geef je cliënten de ruimte om zichzelf te ontwikkelen, eigen keuzes te maken en zo zelfstandig mogelijk te leven. Wat ga je doen Als persoonlijk begeleider bied je een gestructureerde prettige sfeervolle woonomgeving waarbij voldoende ruimte is voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de cliënten. De cliënten ontvangen gerichte zorg. Speerpunten zijn het stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid, voeren van eigen regie en participeren in eigen leefomgeving. Als persoonlijk begeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van jouw aandachts- cliënten. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met het netwerk, waar mogelijk. Ook zijn de overige disciplines, zoals bijvoorbeeld de gedragsdeskundige, nauw betrokken bij de groep. De Koopman is een sfeervolle woonboerderij in Wervershoof waar 19 cliënten van 16 tot 55 jaar wonen met een lichte of matige verstandelijke beperking. De woonboerderij bestaat uit twee aparte woningen en één eenpersoons appartement. Iedereen heeft een eigen plek en er is ook volop ruimte om elkaar te ontmoeten in de gezamenlijke woonkamers. Overdag zijn alle bewoners naar school, werk of dagbesteding. Wanneer zij thuiskomen ben jij er om samen de dag door te nemen, te ondersteunen waar nodig en vooral, er te zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je iemand een volgende stap te zetten richting zelfstandigheid, de andere keer bied je juist een luisterend oor of zorg je voor gezelligheid in de groep. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in regio Hoorn; via Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar minder dan 45 minuten rijden; Salaris in FWG 40 CAO GHZ; Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen

Wat neem je mee Afgeronde mbo opleiding niveau 4 richting zorg en welzijn; Je werkt dag- avond en slaapdiensten ; Ervaring met Gentle teaching en/of Triple C of bereid scholing te volgen ; Je beschikt over zelfreflectie en functioneert prima in een team.
