Omdat jij al werkzaam bent in de zorg is het bieden van ADL zorg en delen van medicatie geen probleem voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Persoonlijk Begeleider bied je samen met jouw collega's aandacht in wonen, welzijn en zorg aan de cliënten. Als Persoonlijk begeleider bied je cliëntgerichte zorg, op basis van de zorgafspraken zoals vastgelegd in de woonplannen. In deze rol kom je te werken met cliënten met het syndroom van Korsakov, of Gerontopsychiatrische aandoeningen. Jij bent de spil tussen onze cliënten, hun familie en je collega. Maar je doet meer, hier een greep uit de werkzaamheden: - Bereidheid om te werken in een dynamische en soms complexe zorgomgeving. - Bewoners begeleiden met methodes zoals foutloos leren en EDB. - Je begeleid onze bewoners in hun dagelijkse strijd met hun ziektebeeld door hun structuur aan te bieden door middel van methodes zoals foutloos leren en empathisch directieve benadering - ADL taken uitvoeren en het delen van medicatie; - Je betrekt familie en/of contactpersonen bij de zorg en begeleiding rekening houdend met de wens van de client en de ondersteuning waar de betrokkenen behoefte aan hebben. Waar kom je te werken? Nieuw Kerkelanden is een grote, moderne woonzorglocatie waar we zorg en ondersteuning bieden aan diverse groepen mensen. Op locatie Nieuw Kerkelanden bevinden zich twee expertisecentra. Een Regionaal Expertisecentrum voor mensen met Korsakov en een Regionaal Expertisecentrum voor mensen met Gerontopsychiatrie+. Je zal in een omgeving terechtkomen waar humor onderdeel is van het karakter van het huis waar onze bewoners wonen.
