Ben je flexibel en wil je bijdragen aan een zinvolle dagbesteding in een veilige, stimulerende omgeving? Kom dan werken als persoonlijk begeleider lg/vb ouderen bij dagactiviteiten ouderen op locatie De Iris in Naaldwijk. Ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking helpen midden in het leven te staan, dat is de kern van jouw werk als begeleider (niveau 4) bij Dagactiviteiten Ouderen. Je leert ouderen met ouderdoms- of gezondheidsproblemen (zoals dementie of diabetes) goed kennen, zodat je ze kunt helpen bij de dingen die zij belangrijk vinden. Verder ga je: - Mensen helpen met het geven van een zinvolle, gevarieerde en passende invulling van hun dag. - De zelfredzaamheid van mensen stimuleren en helpen met het in stand houden of versterken van fysieke, cognitieve en sociale vaardigheden. - Zorgplannen opstellen, voortgang monitoren en afstemmen in multidisciplinaire overleggen (mdo's). - Helpen met lichte algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (adl), zoals eten, toiletgang en het duwen van een rolstoel. Bij dagactiviteiten ouderen werk je midden in het leven, in het trefpunt van onze woonlocatie de Iris in Naaldwijk. Je organiseert activiteiten voor ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking (vb) en bijkomende ouderdomsproblematiek. De activiteiten die je aanbiedt zijn divers: van wandelen en spelletjes spelen tot beweegactiviteiten, werken in de kas en creatieve activiteiten. In totaal worden groepsactiviteiten aangeboden aan ongeveer 17 mensen, die zowel binnen als buiten Middin wonen. Je werkt hier: - Binnen een warm team, dat in totaal uit 3 medewerkers bestaat. - In een werkomgeving waarin leren, ontwikkelen en eigen initiatief gestimuleerd worden. - In een goede sfeer, waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en elkaar ...
