Dan is dit jouw plek als persoonlijk begeleider LVB & MVB! Locatie Bij Pura Vida in Julianadorp wonen 14 bewoners met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking in hun eigen appartement. De locatie ligt in een rustige woonwijk, vlak bij de duinen en het strand. Bewoners zoeken elkaar op in de gezamenlijke woonkamers voor een praatje, gezelligheid of een activiteit. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen levensverhaal en ondersteuningsvraag. Jouw team Als persoonlijk begeleider LVB & MVB werk je in een betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar actief opzoeken en ondersteunen. Je werkt samen met onder andere gedragsdeskundigen, verpleegkundigen, fysiotherapeuten en andere disciplines. Je kent de bewoners goed en bespreekt met collega's wat zij nodig hebben. Tegelijkertijd krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen. Jouw uitdaging Als persoonlijk begeleider LVB & MVB combineer je dagelijkse begeleiding met een coördinerende rol. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijks leven en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Dat kan gaan over persoonlijke verzorging, het huishouden, koken, sociale contacten, activiteiten en het onderhouden van een prettig dagritme. Je sluit aan bij wat iemand kan en nodig heeft, zonder onnodig over te nemen. Voor de bewoners waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent, stel je ondersteuningsplannen en begeleidingsdoelen op en bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit.
