Kun jij bewoners met LVB en GGZ ondersteunen bij structuur, zelfstandigheid en lastige situaties? Dan is dit jouw plek als persoonlijk begeleider! Locatie Op Krabbescheer in Alphen aan den Rijn wonen 23 volwassenen van 22 tot 52 jaar met een lichte verstandelijke beperking (LVB). Een deel heeft daarnaast GGZ- en/of verslavingsproblematiek. Iedereen heeft een eigen appartement en er zijn gezamenlijke ruimtes. Muziek speelt een grote rol: bewoners, verwanten, medewerkers en vrijwilligers maken samen muziek in The Crazy Crabs . Jouw team Als persoonlijk begeleider werk je in een betrokken team van 12 collega's, verdeeld over drie subteams. Het team bestaat uit startende en ervaren begeleiders en is volop in ontwikkeling. Er is ruimte voor ideeën en initiatieven. Je werkt samen met collega-begeleiders, gedragsdeskundigen en externe partners. Jouw uitdaging Als persoonlijk begeleider combineer je dagelijkse begeleiding met een coördinerende rol. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor een aantal bewoners en hun verwanten, vertaalt ondersteuningsplannen naar de dagelijkse praktijk en bewaakt de voortgang. Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid, structuur en sociale contacten en signaleert veranderingen in gedrag. Je stemt af met gedragsdeskundigen, collega's en externe partners en helpt mee aan een eenduidige manier van begeleiden. De bewoners kunnen je soms flink uitdagen. Juist dan is het belangrijk dat je rustig blijft, gedrag probeert te begrijpen en duidelijk bent wanneer dat nodig is. Je houdt overzicht, durft keuzes te maken en geeft collega's richting zonder alles over te nemen. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen.
