Op woonzorgpark Ermelo wonen op Klaverkamp 14 zes bijzondere mannen tussen de 16 en 48 jaar met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking (EVB), vaak in combinatie met autisme en/of trauma. Hun sociaal-emotionele ontwikkelingsniveau ligt tussen de 6 maanden en 2,5 jaar. Juist daarom is jouw begeleiding van grote waarde. Wij werken vanuit de Triple-C visie, waarbij we gedrag zien als een signaal van een onderliggende behoefte. Niet het gedrag staat centraal, maar de mens erachter. Door onvoorwaardelijk naast bewoners te staan, creëer je veiligheid, voorspelbaarheid en vertrouwen. De bewoners hebben behoefte aan een duidelijke dagstructuur en veel beweging. Wandelen, fietsen en buiten zijn helpen hen om spanning te reguleren. Daarnaast betrekken we bewoners zoveel mogelijk bij dagelijkse activiteiten en werkzaamheden, zodat zij succeservaringen opdoen en ervaren dat ze ertoe doen. Natuurlijk kent geen dag alleen maar rust. Soms lopen spanningen op en laat een bewoner dit zien in zijn gedrag. Juist dan blijf jij nabij, houd je overzicht en bied je de duidelijkheid en veiligheid die nodig zijn. "Onrust ervaren is voor mij onderdeel van wie ik ben. Mijn behoefte aan duidelijkheid is groot.
