Persoonlijk begeleider NAH+ tussen 12 en 5 - Geen ADL Salarisindicatie € 3.052,- tot € 4.262,- Contract 20 tot 24 uur Opleidingsniveau MBO Regio Almere In deze functie werk je van 12:00 tot 17.00 op onze NAH+ woonvorm en ligt je volledige focus op begeleiding, zonder ADL zorg. Jouw werk draait om het aanbrengen van structuur, het bieden van nabijheid en het begeleiden van gedrag dat vaak onvoorspelbaar is. Veel bewoners hebben behoefte aan één-op-één begeleiding en duidelijke kaders om de dag goed door te komen. We zoeken iemand die niet schrikt van onvoorspelbaar en stevig gedrag, maar juist stevig blijft staan en rust brengt op de momenten dat het nodig is. Werk om trots op te zijn Je werkt op een afdeling waar inmiddels tien NAH+ cliënten wonen en waar jouw rol direct bijdraagt aan hoe deze afdeling zich verder vormgeeft. De bewoners hebben niet-aangeboren hersenletsel in combinatie met complexe gedragsproblematiek, vaak met een GGZ-component, waardoor cliënten intensieve begeleiding en structuur nodig hebben. Deze doelgroep neemt een steeds grotere plek in en we bouwen gericht aan een specialistische afdeling. Stel je voor: een cliënt die plots onrustig wordt, begint te roepen en steeds dezelfde vraag blijft stellen omdat hij het antwoord niet kan vasthouden. De spanning loopt op, zowel bij de cliënt als in de groep. Jij brengt rust door overzicht. Je herhaalt, biedt houvast en zorgt dat de situatie niet verder escaleert. Juist in die momenten maak jij het verschil en breng je veiligheid terug. Je werkt in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is en waar veel ruimte is om van elkaar te leren. Met jouw ervaring, bij voorkeur in de GGZ of in het werken met complexe doelgroepen, help je niet alleen de bewoners, maar voedt ook je collega's. Je deelt je inzichten, helpt gedrag beter te begrijpen en zorgt dat er steeds consistenter wordt gehandeld en geanticipeerd. Zo bouw je mee aan rust, continuïteit en een voorspelbar...
