Op Hartenkoning 14 leef werk je als Persoonlijk Begeleider Plus in de dagelijkse nabijheid van bewoners die jou nodig hebben op een manier die echt binnenkomt. Hier draait het om vertrouwen, geduld en samen plezier maken. Dat voel je vanaf de eerste dag. Waar je gaat werken Hartenkoning 14 is onderdeel van woonpark 's Koonings Jaght in Arnhem. Hier wonen 14 volwassenen met een Ernstig Verstandelijke Beperking (EVB+) binnen een VG7+ setting. Dit betekent dat je werkt met cliënten met een intensieve en complexe ondersteuningsvraag, waarbij maatwerk en kwalitatief goede zorg centraal staan. Het zijn mensen met karakter, een eigen ritme en unieke manieren van contact. Je leert hen kennen door écht te kijken: niet naar gedrag, maar naar de mens erachter. Samen ondernemen we veel: van een pannenkoek eten tot een kop koffie op de hei of een jaarlijkse vakantie. Het gaat om leven, beleven en samen zijn.Zo maak jij het verschil Als Persoonlijk Begeleider Plus ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht én een vaste basis. Je neemt de tijd om de bewoners te leren kennen. Je wilt er onvoorwaardelijk voor ze zijn. Je werkt integraal: je begeleidt op de woning én in de dagactiviteitenruimte. Samen kijken we per cliënt naar de draagkracht en stemmen we af hoe de dag zo prettig en stabiel mogelijk verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, dat vraagt om flexibiliteit en het vermogen om out-of-the-box te denken. Tijdens je dienst overleg en spar je actief met collega's. Door samen te reflecteren en ervaringen te delen, blijven we de zorg continu verbeteren. Werk je in de rol van persoonlijk begeleider, dan heb je daarnaast een coördinerende rol. Je onderhoudt contact met familie en behandelaren en zorgt ervoor dat het zorgplan up to date is. Het team Je komt terecht in een hecht, open en eerlijk team.
