Wil jij werken in de gehandicaptenzorg en jouw ervaring inzetten als persoonlijk begeleider? Bij Calidus Wentel 1A geef je directe zorg aan cliënten, een betekenisvolle functie waarin je dagelijks het verschil maakt voor anderen én jezelf. Wat ga je doen Je gaat als (Persoonlijk) Begeleider werken met een groep van 4 mannelijke en 3 vrouwelijke cliënten in de _eeftijd tussen de 31 en 67 jaar. Wentel 1a is een groep waar de cliënten hebben een ernstig verstandelijke beperking en sommigen autistiform gedrag vertonen. Ook zijn er cliënten die enkel dagbesteding op de woning krijgen aangeboden. Jij wordt succesvol als (Persoonlijk) begeleider in deze groep door: Zelfvertrouwen uit te stralen. Een grote mate van nabijheid en geborgenheid te bieden. De cliënten te stimuleren in zelfredzaamheid, het voeren van eigen regie en participeren in de eigen leefomgeving. De cliënten op een positieve manier te begeleiden bij de invulling van hun leven, waarin hun wensen, mogelijkheden en behoeften centraal staan. Te gaan werken via de zienswijze van LACCS, hier word je ook in geschoold, ondersteund en gecoacht. Een goede begeleiding te bieden bij ADL. Een juiste sfeer en veilige omgeving voor de cliënten te creëren. Zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd altijd klaar te staan om je collega's te ondersteunen waar nodig. De cliënten te begeleiden volgens de afspraken uit het ondersteuningsplan. Te zorgen dat zij dat zij op een prettige plek wonen. Dit doe je door het verzorgen van het interieur van de woning en eventueel de dagbesteding locatie. Als begeleider streef jij ernaar om samen met de cliënt het leven zo betekenisvol in te richten waardoor er dagelijks geleerd kan worden van fouten en successen gevierd worden. Je hebt een groot hart, en je gaat binnen een gedreven team aan de slag met collega's die net als jij in het leven staan. Je werkt, waar nodig, samen met verschillende disciplines zoals een gedragsdeskundige, coach on the job en een clustermanager. Belangrijk is, da
