FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een dynamisch en stabiel bedrijf zoeken we een enthousiaste Operator voor de rubber injectiepersen. Als lid van het team krijg je de kans om te werken in een boeiende en technische omgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van de persen en voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Met een aantrekkelijk loonpakket en 18 ADV-dagen, kom je ook terecht in een team van toegewijde medewerkers. Wordt jij hun nieuwe operator?

Als Operator voor de rubber injectiepersen zijn je belangrijkste taken:

• het bedienen van rubber injectiepersen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. • Een oog voor detail hebben is belangrijk, want je staat in voor de kwaliteitscontrole van het eindproduct. • Het monteren van hulpstukken nodig voor het ontvormen van het eindproduct. • Nauwlettend monitoren van de instellingen van jouw injectiepersen. • Je rapporteert over het verloop van de productie aan jouw teamverantwoordelijke. • Je organiseert jouw tijd tussen een aantal op te volgen injectiepersen. • Teamwerk is belangrijk voor jou, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.

PROFIEL

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent dynamisch, vlot en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een A2/A3 diploma in Elektro-Mechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen, Mechanica of Mechanische vormgeving (een pluspunt).
  • Een sterke 'technische knowhow' en feeling met machines.
  • Je bent in goede fysieke conditie om de vereiste taken uit te voeren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en opdrachten nauwkeurig uitvoeren.
