Nelissen Steenfabrieken, gelegen te Lanaken, is op zoek naar een persoperator!

Na een intensieve inwerkperiode en opleiding bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal bedienen van de installatie voor de vormgeving van stenen. U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de meestergast en/of productieleider. Tot uw takenpakket behoren de volgende werkzaamheden: Bedienen en controleren van een productielijn (persinstallatie), volgens normen inzake kwaliteit en veiligheid, hetgeen dat inhoudt:

- Ombouwen, instellen en bedienen van computergestuurde en handmatig bediende installaties; - Nemen van monsters en laten keuren; - Op basis van voorschriften en ervaring bijsturen; - Signaleren van storingen / defecten, uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en assisteren van de mecaniciens en elektriciens; - Uitvoeren van een klein onderhoud zoals verwisselen van slijtdelen, schoonmaken van de machine en werkplek; - Registreren van productiegegevens en bijzonderheden; - Melden en bespreken van storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen; - Analyseren van productiestoring en leveren van bijdragen bij het beoordelen en testen van verbeteringen; - Mede toezien en naleven van de voorschriften inzake kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Voor deze uitdagende technische functie zoeken dynamische, leergierige en zelfstandige kandidaten die in een team kunnen werken.

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2-diploma, liefst in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica; - Willen werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (6-14u en 14-22u); - Bereid tot regelmatig op zaterdagen te werken; - Relevante ervaring als operator bij een industrieel bedrijf kunnen voorleggen is een groot pluspunt; - Stressbestendig, flexibel en betrouwbaar zijn; - In staat zijn om occasioneel een inspannende houding aan te nemen bv. Bij reparatiewerkzaamheden; - Willen werken in een stoffige omgeving.
