The posting

Der Samariterbund Wien betreut seit 2004 im Auftrag des Fonds Soziales Wien im Rahmen der Grundversorgung Einrichtungen

für Schutzsuchende. Menschen, die vor Krieg, Folter und Menschenrechtsverletzungen nach Österreich geflüchtet sind,

finden hier Schutz und ein vorübergehendes Zuhause.

Wir suchen 1 Pfegeverantwortliche DGKP (w/m/d) für 30 Stunden/Woche, auch Vollzeit möglich

Du bringst mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenp?ege (Bachelor nicht notwendig)

* Eintragung als DGKP im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Empathischer und professioneller Umgang mit Kund*innen und allen involvierten Berufsgruppen

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse

* Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit

* Engagement und Eigenständigkeit

* Freude an der Arbeit

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess und dessen Dokumentation bei den KlientInnen ihrer/seiner Zuständigkeit inkl.Delegation von Tätigkeiten laut Gesetz an die Heimhilfe und Pflege(fach)assistenz sowie eigenverantwortliche Planung der Evaluierungen

* Durchführung von Ersteinsätzen sowie von Wiedereinsätzen nach Betreungsunterbrechungen bei KlientInnen mit Pflegebedarf überwiegend in ihrem/seinem Zuständigkeitsbereich

* Organisation von Hilfsmitteln und Heilbehelfen, Arztvisiten, mobilen Palliativteams, Therapeuten, mHKP, etc. für KlientInnen ihrer/seiner Zuständigkeit

* Abstimmung der KlientInnenwünsche mit den vorhandenen Möglichkeiten

* Kontaktpflege mit den KlientInnen und deren Angehörigen im vorgegebenen Zuständigkeitsbereich sowie deren Beratung und Edukation

* Durchführung pflegerischer und medizinischer Maßnahmen laut GuKG

* Entgegennahme und Mithilfe bei der Bearbeitung von Beschwerden zusammen mit der Qualitätssicherung

* Meldung und Mithilfe bei der Behebung von Betreuungsmissständen und -problemen zusammen mit der Qualitätssicherung

* Teilnahme an und Mitwirkung bei Teambesprechungen

* Einhaltung der Berufspflichten laut GuKG

* Anleitung und Begleitung von PraktikantInnen im Rahmen des Praktikums
