Bei uns leben 16 Menschen mit intensivem Unterstützungsbedarf, die eines gemeinsam haben: Sie brauchen professionelle Pflege und Menschen, die mit Herz, Ruhe und Humor da sind. Und sie freuen sich auf deine Kompetenz.

Was deinen Arbeitsalltag bei uns ausmacht

* Du übernimmst die pflegerische Betreuung unserer Klient_innen, inklusive Medikation und Arztkoordination.

* Du dokumentierst nach ICF, mit System und Unterstützung.

* Du bist nicht allein: Dein Wissen ist im Team gefragt und willkommen.

* Du arbeitest im Dienstrad (Tag-, Teil-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste), fair geplant und gut abgestimmt.

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte_r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in, Diplomierte_r Sozialbetreuer_in oder Fachsozialbetreuer_in

* Abgeschlossener Erste-Hilfe-Grundkurs und aktueller Auffrischungskurs (falls der Grundkurs länger als vier Jahre zurückliegt). Kann gerne nachgereicht werden.

* Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Freude an Teamarbeit

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Gelassenheit

* Führerschein B, praktisch, aber kein Muss

** Diplomierte_r Sozialbetreuer_in ab 3.072,70 € (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden/Woche, Kollektivvertrag der Diakonie Österreich)

** Diplomierte_r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in ab 3.208,85 € (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden/Woche, Kollektivvertrag der Diakonie Österreich)

** Angaben exklusive Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszuschlägen. Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
