Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir: 1 Pflege(fach)assistent (m/w/x) Unterland Als Pflege(fach)assistent*in bei der Lebenshilfe Vorarlberg stehen die einfühlsame Pflege und die wertschätzende Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Mittelpunkt. Mitanand gestalten und Stärken einbringen.

Aktuell suchen wir an den Standorten: Dornbirn, Götzis und Nofels.

Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Begleitung, Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Alltag - individuell, respektvoll und mit Blick auf ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse und Ziele

Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung sowie Unterstützung einer verlässlichen und fachlich korrekten Pflege

Förderung, Erhalt und Stärkung von Fähigkeiten zur Unterstützung größtmöglicher Selbstständigkeit im Alltag

Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung von Tagesstrukturen sowie Unterstützung eines abwechslungsreichen und stabilen Alltags im Team

Was bringe ich mit?

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent*in oder Pflegefachassistent*in

Fachliche Kompetenz und Freude an der pflegerischen Begleitung von Menschen

Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und wertschätzende Kommunikation

Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen

Engagement, Verlässlichkeit und souveränes Handeln - auch in herausfordernden Situationen

Was interessiert mich noch?

Das Bruttogehalt pro Monat richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag VSG und orientiert sich an deiner Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung.

Als Pflegeassistent*in wirst du in die Gehaltsgruppe 4a, als Pflegefachassistent*in in die Gehaltsgruppe 5b eingestuft und darfst dich zusätzlich über attraktive Zulagen freuen.
